Creator Agreement

Introduction

Welcome to BoostBerry! We're excited to have you onboard as a creator.

This Creator Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal contract between you ("Creator", "you", or "your") and BoostBerry, a service provided by [Your Company Name] ("we", "us", or "our"). This Agreement outlines the terms under which you may use BoostBerry’s services to publish and distribute your content. This includes the right to use your trade names, trademarks, and logos as part of our service offering.

Pricing and Revenue

You have the flexibility to set subscription fees for your content. Our payment processing will be handled through a designated third-party platform, adhering to the terms specified by us. You agree not to bypass our payment system. All payments are subject to a revenue share, which will be detailed upon your registration as a Creator.

Interactions with Subscribers

You are solely responsible for your interactions with subscribers and the content you provide. BoostBerry acts as a platform for distribution and does not take responsibility for your content or any engagements with subscribers. You agree to manage subscriber relationships, including any refunds or disputes, independently.

Acceptable Use

You commit to using BoostBerry responsibly and legally. Your content should not violate any laws, infringe on any rights, or harm others. Unacceptable uses include, but are not limited to, publishing misleading, harmful, or illegal content and unauthorized access to or interference with our system or user data.

TerminationThis Agreement can be terminated by either party at any time. Upon termination, your right to use BoostBerry ceases immediately. We also reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services for any breach of this Agreement.Modifications to the Agreement

We may update this Agreement to reflect changes to our service or for legal, regulatory, or security reasons. Changes will be communicated through our website or via email. Continued use of BoostBerry after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

Miscellaneous

This Agreement, combined with our other policies, constitutes the entire agreement between you and BoostBerry regarding your use of our services. This Agreement is governed by [Your State/Country's Laws] without regard to its conflict of law principles.
