It's crucial to respect intellectual property rights, privacy, and all legal boundaries. Creators are solely responsible for their content, ensuring it doesn't violate any laws or cause harm. BoostBerry is dedicated to maintaining a safe and lawful platform for all users.

BoostBerry aims to balance the importance of open dialogue with the need to maintain a safe space for all users. We do not tolerate harassment, threats, or harmful behavior.

Content that incites violence or hatred against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, disability, or any other characteristic is strictly prohibited. We stand against any form of discrimination and work to ensure BoostBerry remains a platform for positive and constructive discourse.

While we respect artistic and journalistic expression, explicit content, including pornography and sexually exploitative material, is not permitted. Nudity may be allowed in certain contexts for artistic and educational purposes, with explicit content restricted from public discovery features.
